Have worn Chantelle bras for years and have never had this happen. I had only washed it 3 times since purchase but because I had bought it several months back seller would not replace this item. Very disappointed. Also contacted Chantelle bras they referred me back to 3rd party seller.I ordinarily buy this exact bra in Dillard’s so I knew what I was buying except what was sent to me was not what was advertised. I thought I was buying a 34F which is a 34DDDD, but what I received was a 34DDD...That extra “D” matters like a mf! I sent them back. I was crazy disappointed. I’ll just go back to Dillard’s and buy them where I can be sure of what I’m getting.Wrong size sent. Return was too complicated and costly.
