Very cute shoes! Fast delivery. Shoes were scuffed on bottom and on 2-3 of the suede straps/heel areas. Enough scuffs and markings to deem them as lightly used.. Couldn’t return because I was using for a wedding, otherwise I would have never paid full price as they did not look brand new. Worked out in the end, but when you spend $120 on brand new shoes, you expect them to be brand new.
