The sleeves do not puff out as shown so I have to wear a shoulder pad with it and the sleeves are pretty long and wide so maybe they're meant to be cuffed. I kept the shirt even though it's a bit large on me. I usually wear 1X in tops, I got this in size XXL. I'm 5'0" tall so that probably accounts for the long-ish short sleeves.
